Marvin D. Goodman has acted as Project Manager of several international teams organized to carry out large and diverse projects.

The firm was retained by the University of the West Indies to act as Coordinating Architect for the Inter American Development Bank-financed programme for the expansion of its science facility. This entailed co-ordinating the efforts of three architectural firms and their consultants and maintaining liaison with the IDB and the UWI.

The firm acted as the lead firm and Project Manager for the plan for the development of Downtown Kingston prepared by the Downtown Kingston Design Consortium. This included the development of King Street and Justice Square as a first phase.

The firm acted as Project Manager for several development plans for Port Antonio.

To carry out these projects, it has been necessary to liaise with governmental organizations including Ministries, the KSAC, public utilities, statutory bodies and citizens’ groups.

The firm is experienced with the documentation requirements of international organizations such as OPIC, USAID, the European Economic Community and the Inter-American Development Bank, among others.

The successful management of large-scale design and development projects has been a firm specialty for the last 20 years.
