Port Antonio West Harbour Development: master-planning, architectural design and working drawings for new marina, cruise ship pier upgrade, town park, promenade, ice cream shop and police station   Ocho Rios: New town-centre planning for major resort town in Jamaica, for the Urban Development Corporation Port Royal: Master Plan and architecture for a Cultural Heritage Tourism Destination   Sands Hotel Group: Master plan for multiple hotels, casinos, and commercial developments in Negril, Montego Bay and Ocho Rios     Caesars Jamaica: 90-acre resort, sports and residential development in Montego Bay     Transportation Centre, Ocho Rios: Planning study for new bus and taxi terminal     San San: 600-acre, mixed-use resort development for Norwegian Caribbean Lines             Kingston Harbour Rehabilitation The firm was a part of the Smith Warner team which prepared the Inter-American Development Bank-financed study for the Kingston Harbour Rehabilitation Project. Our part of the project, done in conjunction with the planner, Alison Massa, included zoning and development proposals for the lands surrounding the harbour. This work included research into all the present, active or proposed plans being developed by such project stakeholders as the Airports Authority, the Urban Development Corporation, Highway 2000, the Port Authority of Jamaica and others.
